Input from earlier public workshops suggested that
the majority of people want to get away from the current patterns of growth, known as "trend development." The two preferred scenarios being considered--"Mixed Use Corridors" and "Blended"--will consume less land than the trend, will preserve the most open space, and will bring jobs and services closer to neighborhoods. The scenarios will be refined over the coming months. The presentations below explain the process.
